Fear not! With extensive experience working with children of all ages, abilities, backgrounds and making them feel comfortable to embrace themselves and shine, your kids will love their weekly music lessons!

I specialise teaching children and young adults suffering from low self-esteem & confidence, bullying, disadvantage or difficult home situations and children with learning difficulties/spectrum disorders. I tailor lessons to each individual, including those who struggle with traditional learning techniques with a goal to learn to read and play.

Teaching can be the most fulfilling and the most challenging thing all at the same time. Coaching with Mell exists to empower teachers to bring their unique skills to each lesson, to find other ways to reach students who struggle with a traditional approach and to contribute to a world of creative and inspiring educators.

  • 20 minute lesson: $300.00/term
    30 minute lesson: $450.00/term
    60 minute lesson: $900.00/term

  • I am not a Music Therapist but lessons include music therapy concepts to help with speech development, visual tracking, hand eye coordination, gross and fine motor skills, listening and attending skills, academic concepts such as counting and spelling, interaction skills, developing independence and exploring emotions and feelings.

    If you have a self-managed plan you may be able to use this to pay for your music sessions. Speak to your NDIS coordinator to check what funding stream you may use.
